Lígia assists clients in national and international arbitration and mediation proceedings, in negotiation and drafting of complex contracts and corporate documents, as well as in financial restructuring proceedings (whether judicial or extrajudicial proceedings).

Author of the book “A Convenção de Viena e seus Reflexos no Direito Contratual Brasileiro”, published by Almedina. Scholarship granted by the Bayerisches Hochschulzentrum für Lateinamerika (BAYLAT) for research in International Commercial Law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Scholarship granted by Erasmus Mundus, financed by the European Union, for undergraduate studies at the University of Coimbra.
