MAMG was born to build innovative paradigms in the dispute prevention and resolution market.

Horizontal and transparent Management

Besides our legal practice seeking to change paradigms in terms of human relations, we have also created a law firm managed in a private and special way. Our idea is that all members of the firm can participate in its management, ensuring greater transparency and sense of belonging. To this end, we have created 9 task forces, in which trainees, lawyers, the administrative team and partners participate, in order to take care of the firm’s management in different areas: Parenting, IT and Data Protection, Environment and Sustainability, Plurality and Inclusion, Pro Bono and Relations with Society, Compliance, Research and Development, and Institutional and International Relations. Through regular meetings, our task forces are responsible for creating internal policies, thinking and adopting strategies and projects for the office in the short and long term, and also discussing the paths MAMG wants to follow. Our People Management team aims to look at people as people. “People first” is not just a goal, it is what we do every day in all our actions.

Psychologist and business administrator, Fernanda acts as Manager of the People Management team.

Institutional Relations

In August 2021, as part of the firm’s expansion process, MAMG created an internal Institutional Relations area, responsible for assisting the work developed by the firm’s task forces, in addition to closely monitoring the public commitments signed by MAMG, participating in the communication with MAMG’s various partners and with civil society.

Finance

Coordinated by Rachel Borges, our financial team also counts on the professionals Thaynara Batista and Larissa Avelino dos Santos.

Thaynara has been a junior billing analyst in the Finance team since February 2022.

Graduated in Human Resources management, Larissa works as assistant in the personnel and financial department.
