Caiã represents domestic and foreign clients in complex arbitration and administrative disputes involving, among other matters, issues related to public procurement, administrative contracts in infrastructure, public goods and services concessions, and civil construction.
Holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of São Paulo Law School (FD-USP). Postgraduate degree in Public Procurement, Administrative Contracts, and Public Budget from the Ribeirão Preto Law School of the University of São Paulo (FDRP-USP). Master’s degree in Economic and Financial Law from the University of São Paulo Law School (FD-USP).
Member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr), the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo Chapter (OAB/SP), the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (Young ICCA), the AMCHAM’s New Arbitration Practitioners Initiative (INOVARB-AMCHAM), the New Voices CIESP/FIESP, the New Generation at the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce (CAM-CCBC), and the Brazilian Association of Arbitration Students (ABEArb).
