Caiã represents domestic and foreign clients in negotiation and arbitration disputes, in administrative proceedings and before regulatory agencies across different federal jurisdictions and regulated sectors. He has extensive experience in disputes related to bidding processes, sanctions law, administrative infrastructure contracts, and public utility concessions and also has notable experience in civil construction and public works contracts.​

He is also an assistant professor and guest lecturer at the University of São Paulo Law School, where he holds a master’s degree in Economic and Financial Law, a specialist degree in Bidding, Administrative Contracts, and Public Budgeting, and a bachelor’s degree in Law. Caiã is the author of several academic articles and books on Public Law and Dispute Resolution, including “The duty of payment in administrative contracts: guarantee of performance by the public party between engagement of public expenditure and court orders.”​

He is a member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr), New Voices CIESP/FIESP, New Generation of CAM-CCBC, and the Brazilian Institute of Regulatory Law (IBDRE).
