Postgraduate degree in Public Procurement, Administrative Contracts, and Public Budget from the Ribeirão Preto Law School of the University of São Paulo (FDRP-USP). Master’s degree in Economic and Financial Law from the University of São Paulo Law School (FD-USP).​
