Caique represents national and foreign clients in domestic and international arbitration on disputes involving mainly corporate transactions, construction and infrastructure contracts, and conflicts relating to the energy, sanitation and pulp and paper sectors.

Lecturer of the Arbitration Training for Lawyers organized by EPMESC – Escola Paulista de Métodos Extrajudiciais de Solução de Conflitos in São Paulo, Brazil (2017). Co-author of the chapter “Enforcement of Awards”, with Professor Luiz Olavo Baptista and Adriane Nakagawa Baptista, published in The Investment Treaty Law Review: London, Law Business Research, 2019 (4th Edition). Co-author of “O Negócio Jurídico Processual como instrumento de aproximação entre os Procedimentos Arbitrais e Judiciais no Brasil”, published in Revista de Arbitragem e Mediação (vol. 55/2017) and in Doutrinas Essenciais – Novo Processo Civil (vol. 2/2018).
