Maria Juliana represents clients in arbitration and litigation proceedings, and also works on the drafting and analysis of complex construction and engineering contracts, as well as legal project management and the preparation of contractual claims.
Holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (USP – Largo de São Francisco), with the dissertation “Dispute Boards in Brazilian Law: an essay on legal nature and effects”, defended in 2020. Author of legal articles and speaker on the topic of dispute boards. Has experience as legal manager at an infrastructure company, including the development of contracting strategies and multidisciplinary studies aimed at governance and management of public and private contracts.
