Since 2004, Mariana has been working with arbitration as an attorney, arbitrator and secretary to arbitral tribunals in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.

She is co-author with Professor Luiz Olavo Baptista of Arbitration in Brazil, published in The International Arbitration Review: Brazil, London: Law Business Research, 2010 to 2017 (1st to 8th editions).

  • LL.M. in International Commercial Law, Contracts and Dispute Resolution from the University of Turin and the International Training Centre of ILO.
  • Specialization in Arbitration and Mediation from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
  • Specialization in Arbitration from Cornell Law School, in cooperation with Sorbonne, in France.
