Since 2004, Mariana has been working with arbitration as an attorney, arbitrator and secretary to arbitral tribunals in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.

She is co-author with Professor Luiz Olavo Baptista of Arbitration in Brazil, published in The International Arbitration Review: Brazil, London: Law Business Research, 2010 to 2017 (1st to 8th editions).

Education

LL.M. in International Commercial Law, Contracts and Dispute Resolution from the University of Turin and the International Training Centre of ILO.
Specialization in Arbitration and Mediation from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
Specialization in Arbitration from Cornell Law School, in cooperation with Sorbonne, in France.
