Sílvia has been representing local and foreign clients since 2002 in domestic and international arbitrations and mediations in Latin America, Europe, the U.S., and Africa, in disputes involving corporate transactions, construction contracts, infrastructure, conflicts related to the energy sector, real estate, agribusiness, contracts with the public administration, among others.

She also provides strategic consulting in disputes (prevention and resolution) and advises clients in the negotiation and drafting of complex contracts.
